  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Handcrafted Preparation: Since each hair topper involves manual craftsmanship and quality inspection, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for preparation.

  • Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Time

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, the earliest you can expect to receive your order is within 5–7 business days.

  • Total Time: (Processing 1-2 days) + (Preparation 3-5 days) + (Shipping time) = Your wait time.

3. Shipping Locations & Origins

To ensure the best quality and service for our U.S. customers:

  • We ship directly from our international distribution centers and specialized workshops.

  • By managing our own logistics, we ensure that every package is handled with care and meets our brand's strict standards before entering the U.S. postal system.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

VenusEnt Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most hair topper orders to the U.S., these fees are typically minimal or not applicable under standard de minimis values.
